September is a busy month in Copenhagen with several festivals and conferences. But 30 rooms are booked at each of the hotels listed below, so you are guaranteed a bed for the night during the conference. However, you need to book BEFORE AUGUST 20TH. All hotels are within walking distance from the Conference venue. For each the reservation code to get your AARG discount is listed as well as the relevant contact information. Prices are quoted in DKR, EUR and GBP. But do focus on the DKR price. This is guaranteed, while EUR and GBP is at the exchange rate at the time of writing (June 5th) and of course subject to currency rate fluctuations.
